RESEARCH IN THEORETICAL & COMPUTATIONAL COSMOLOGY

CREDIT OFFERED:    1-3 hours of PHSX 501 or 503

SALARY OFFERED:    Possibility after a trial period. Student should apply for an undergrad RA from the Honors Program.

PREREQUISITE COURSES:    PHSX 212 or 214 with an "A". Geology and Biology majors are eligible.

DESIRED SKILLS:    Fortran a C++, Unix. Can be learned on the job.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB:  Research in Cosmology, usually computational and related to the large-scale structure of the Universe. May involve motions of matter or large scales, the evolution of galaxy clusters, etc.
